The Dawn Tea was inspired by Kate from dawn mornings in her garden. I have drunk a lot of fresh herbal teas, and these really taste the way a fermented fresh one does. Makes a change from the usual Yorkshire with a packet of digestives, but it’s a step on the self-care ladder!’
